Right-hander Julio Teherán signed a minor league deal with the Baltimore Orioles early Tuesday morning. On Tuesday afternoon, right-handed pitcher Carlos Tavera, and outfielder Donta’ Williams were called up to play for the AAA Norfolk Tides.
