Rescue effort underway after passenger jet, military helicopter collide near Reagan airport

Rescue boats and air crews rushed to the Potomac River late Wednesday after a regional passenger jet from Kansas collided midair with a military helicopter as the plane approached Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
