The Baltimore Orioles bounced back from Friday’s disappointing extra inning loss by shutting out the Oakland Athletics 7-0 on Saturday. Starting pitching led the way and three homeruns by the offense made the pitching count.

The offensive tandem of Adley Rutschman (1 for 4, HR, R, RBI) and Ryan Mountcastle (1 for 4, HR, R, RBI) homered on back-to-back pitches in the fifth inning. Gunnar Henderson (2 for 4, HR, 2 R, 2 RBI, SB) contributed a two-run homerun of his own in the seventh inning.
Anthony Santander went 1 for 4 with a run scored and 1 RBI while Jordan Westburg went 2 for 4 with a run scored and 1 RBI.
Cedric Mullins went 1 for 4 and James McCann went 1 for 4 with a RBI.
