The three Washington Wizards players donated to kids in the DMV.
Many of the school districts in the Washington, D.C. area are back in school. For example, Fairfax County Public Schools, the largest district in the DMV, started classes last Monday. Loudoun County Public Schools started yesterday. DC, Montgomery and Prince George’s County Public Schools start next Monday.
Three Washington Wizards players: Jordan Poole, Anthony Gill and Bub Carrington, took part in back to school events earlier today. Poole was at Stanton Elementary School of Southeast DC, where he provided school supplies for kids.

Carrington went to Baltimore, his hometown though not at a school. He was at Premier Basketball Gym where he also handed school supplies.
When Bub Carrington saw this poster unveiled in the gym that raised him, his face lit up. His eyes bugged out. Being on that wall was his dream and he couldn’t stop staring.
