The Washington Wizards lost to the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night, 111-88. It was the Wizards 11th straight loss.
Jordan Poole paced the Wizards with a pair of 3-pointers in the opening frame as they took an early lead. Los Angeles responded with a run to take a 29-23 lead into the second quarter.
Corey Kispert and Kyle Kuzma drilled 3-pointers to trim Washington’s deficit to 36-33 four minutes into the quarter. However, LeBron James answered, scoring 10 of his 21 points in the second frame as Los Angeles took a 10-point lead into halftime.
