This is not a surprise.
Washington Wizards center Jonas Valanciunas is playing his part as a veteran presence on a young and rebuilding team. And he probably won’t be wearing a Wizards uniform for much longer.
According to Evan Sidery of Forbes, multiple teams are inquiring about him.
Jonas Valanciunas is viewed as one of the most likely players to be moved, once newly signed free agents become trade-eligible on December 15th.

My take: This should be no surprise. I don’t expect to see Valanciunas to be with the Wizards beyond the trade deadline. That said, he is still a positive presence for Washington, averaging 11.9 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.
