Washington seeks second straight preseason win
The Washington Wizards play the Brooklyn Nets tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET. Here is the formal preview.
You can also watch Matt Modderno and the Bleav in Wizards podcast host a live preview show at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight here.
Here are some last-minute thoughts of mine:
- The Wizards are fully healthy minus Malcolm Brogdon, who injured his hand in a recent practice and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.
- Alex Sarr has showcased his long-range shooting so far, draining 7-12 threes this preseason. Can he continue that impressive outside shooting in Brooklyn?
- Bilal Coulibaly is coming off a 13-point performance in Friday’s win over Toronto, including a highlight-reel block in the second half. After a 1-9 FG showing versus New York, Coulibaly bounced back in a big way.
- Corey Kispert is making a case to be the Wizards’ fifth starter after a 20-point night versus Toronto.
You can watch tonight’s game on Monumental Sports Network as the Wizards seek their second preseason victory.
