Game Notes
What was once a palace of pain for the Wizards has now become a place where wins are possible. Washington has won its last two games in San Antonio after losing 22 straight games in the Spurs’ home venue, a losing streak that dated back to 1999.
Bilal Coulibaly will get to match up against his former teammate and countryman Victor Wembanyama. In two games against the Spurs last season, Coulibaly averaged 13.5 points on 11/15 shooting and a perfect 4/4 from beyond the arc. It’s his third-highest scoring average against any team.
