Commanders Hired Former Dolphins WR Coach Wes Welker

According to Mike Reiss, former Dolphins WR coach Wes Welker has been hired to the Commanders coaching staff.  Welker will be a personnel analyst and work with both the coaching staff and personnel office, per John Keim.
