WHAT’S AT STAKE
Georgetown: After sweeping Villanova for the first time in a generation, finding a way to avoid being swept by DePaul is an absolute must. And not to look too far ahead but with the Hoyas sitting on 17 wins and back-to-back games against the Blue Demons on deck, it’s looking like Georgetown has a fighters chance to get to 20 wins. That’s a big deal because it hasn’t happened since the 2014-15 season. I’m assuming that a postseason bid to either the Crown or NIT is in play here.
