Peavy and Mack joined Goodman to talk hoops, Cooley
Two new/expected members of the 2024-25 Georgetown Hoyas joined Jeff Goodman on the Field of 68 After Dark to discuss their recruitment and more. While NIL was alluded to, both Micah Peavy and Malik Mack indicated that the main reason they chose Georgetown was Ed Cooley. The interview starts at about 1:01:55 and is worth a listen.

Scoring:
Mack was a revelation offensively last season for the Crimson Tide
Despite being a mostly unheralded recruit, the true freshman finished 3rd in the Ivy League in points and 8th in Field Goal %

Playmaking:
Mack took a lot of shots last year, largely due to Harvard’s needs
But he also looked plenty comfortable running the offense

Former Tennessee forward Tobe Awaka is visiting Georgetown today. The 6’8″ 250 lb power forward would be a great addition. Like another recent visitor, he played for the NY Lightning AAU team. #RichAsShit
