Maryland wrestling upset No. 10 Michigan, 19-18, and beat Michigan State, 27-11, this weekend to start Big Ten play 2-0.
The Terps downed the Wolverines Friday night for its first top-10 win since 2009. Braxton Brown, 133 pounds, earned the winning point on criteria with a pin.
Maryland then defeated Michigan State Sunday on the back of four consecutive match wins before the intermission break.
