Maryland men’s basketball commit Christian Jeffrey jumped 26 spots, from No. 95 to No. 69, in the latest 247Sports class of 2025 rankings released Wednesday.
Jeffrey, a four-star combo guard who 247Sports ranks as the No. 3 player in Maryland, committed to the Terps in October and is in the middle of a strong senior season at Mt. Zion Prep, according to Inside Maryland Sports.
Jeffrey grew up in Brooklyn before moving to Maryland. He stands 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, and is currently the Terps’ only commit of the 2025 class. He chose Maryland over Mississippi State and Texas A&M.
