Maryland women’s basketball guard Shyanne Sellers was named to the Ann Meyers Drysdale Award Watch List Tuesday.
The award is given annually to the nation’s best shooting guard. She is one of 20 players named to the list. This comes just a day after the senior was named to the Naismith Trophy Watch List.
Last season, Sellers posted a team-high 15.6 points, 5.5 assists and 5.8 rebounds, earning first-team All Big Ten honors. She was named to the Preseason All-Big Ten team before the start of the 2024 season.
