The Terps will host series against UCLA, Iowa and Penn State, travel to Rutgers, Indiana and Nebraska and play Michigan and Purdue at a neutral site yet to be announced.
Head coach Lauren Karn will look for improvement from her team in her second season at the helm. Maryland finished with a overall 24-30 record and 8-15 in conference play in 2024, a big step back from a successful 2023 under Mark Montgomery, who stepped away from the team after the season.

Former Maryland men’s basketball star Jahmir Young played in his first two NBA preseason games for the Denver Nuggets this weekend, both losses to the Boston Celtics. He finished a combined five for seven shooting for 12 points, four assists and two rebounds in 22 minutes.
