Maryland softball went 3-2 over the weekend in the Kajikawa Classic Tournament, picking up wins over No. 21 Cal, Miami (Oh.) and Utah.
The Terps started with a 7-1 loss to Arizona State Thursday, before tallying a crucial 6-3 win over the Golden Bears Friday. Mazie MacFarlane went 3 for 4 at the plate, notching three RBIs.
Against Miami, Sydney Lewis drove in the go-ahead run with the bases loaded, while home runs from Lewis and Matti Benson propelled the Terps over the Utah Saturday.
