No. 7 Maryland women’s lacrosse head coach Cathy Reese was selected to the 2025 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association Hall of Fame class, it was announced Friday.
Reese has amassed 12 NCAA championships over the course of her playing and coaching career at Maryland. She currently ranks sixth all-time among women’s lacrosse head coaches with 332 career wins. She also appeared in 11 Final Fours and won 20 conference regular-season and tournament championships between the ACC and Big Ten.
Reese is a four-time IWLCA Coach of the Year and 12-time conference coach of the year.
The induction ceremony will be held in November of this year.
