Maryland softball travels to UNC this weekend, where it will participate in the Carolina Classic and face off against three opponents in two days.
First, the Terps will duel North Carolina (9-3) Saturday at 3 p.m. Then, the Terps will face West Georgia (3-2) the same day at 5:45 p.m. Finally, Maryland will finish its weekend slate Sunday when it takes on Queens (2-2) at 3:45 p.m.
Due to inclement weather, our game against UNC tomorrow has been canceled.

Maryland has started the season 4-6 but has already notched a ranked win this season (over then-No. 21 California). That marked the program’s 39th win all-time over a ranked opponent.
