The Baltimore Ravens and head coach John Harbaugh have agreed to a three-year contract extension that will keep the Super Bowl winning coach in Baltimore through 2028.

Harbaugh was in the last year of his contract heading into 2025, and many questions have surrounded the 62-year-old in what his future may be with the Ravens organization. While this contract doesn’t lock the team or Harbaugh into staying together through 2028. It does provide the Ravens and owner Steve Bisciotti stability at the head coaching position, something Bisciotti has voiced is necessary.
Since joining the Ravens as a first-time head coach in 2008, Harbaugh has led the Ravens to a 185-115 record, including the postseason, six AFC North division titles, and a Super Bowl victory in 2012.
The Ravens now turn their attention to the NFL draft in April as Harbaugh and the Ravens look retool, as they hope to avenge their devastating loss to the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs last season and return to the AFC championship for the fifth time under Harbaugh.
