Kyle Hamilton left the Ravens’ Week 10 matchup with the Bengals after an ankle injury.
Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton was questionable to return after a no-contact ankle injury against the Bengals on Thursday Night Football. He was eventually ruled out and wearing a walking boot on the sideline, per NFL Network’s Clayton Holloway.
Hamilton went down with while dropping into coverage in the second quarter, but was able to walk off the field. He was briefly checked out in the blue medical tent before going into the locker room for additional evaluation.

With Ar’Darius Washington already starting next to Marcus Williams, the Ravens will have to turn to Eddie Jackson to replace Hamilton at safety, though no one defender can fill all of Hamilton’s roles in the defense. Instead, Trenton Simpson and Arthur Maulet will likely rotate in to fill Hamilton’s time in the box and in the slot.
Hamilton’s injury is a huge immediate loss for the Ravens. They tend to be cautious with putting players back out onto the field after an injury, especially with a franchise cornerstone like Hamilton. It is unlikely he returns to the field tonight.
