The NFL named the AFC and NFC roster for this seasons Pro Bowl game set to take place on February 2nd in Orlando, Florida, one week ahead of super bowl 59. Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning will coach the AFC while his brother Eli will coach the NFC.
The Ravens were fortunate to get nine players named to the Pro Bowl roster the most in the NFL just ahead of the Detroit Lions who have seven Pro Bowlers. This is the most Ravens named to the Pro Bowl since 2019 when they tied a franchise record with 13.
On the offensive side of the ball quarterback Lamar Jackson was selected for the fourth time while Patrick Ricard and Derrick Henry were both selected to their fifth career Pro Bowl. Center Tyler Linderbaum was named to his second career Pro Bowl. The lone newcomer to the AFC squad is wide receiver Zay Flowers who was selected to his first career Pro Bowl in just his second NFL season. Flowers becomes the first Ravens wide receiver to be named to the Pro Bowl at the wide receiver position.
On the defensive side linebacker Roquan Smith was selected his third Pro Bowl, while safety Kyle Hamilton and defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike were selected for the second time in their career. Cornerback Marlon Humphrey will make his fourth Pro Bowl appearance.
Henry, Ricard, Hamilton and Smith were all named starters for the AFC.
In addition to the nine to make the AFC roster the Ravens also have seven alternates. Outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy, guar Daniel Faalele, left tackle Ronnie Stanley, tight end Mark Andrews, kicker Justin Tucker, long snapper Nick Moore, and special teamer Chirs Board.
