2024 NFL First-Quarter All-Pro Team: Derrick Henry, T.J. Watt, Aidan Hutchinson and more
Gordon McGuinness, PFF
Running Back: Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens
Henry has averaged 6.0 yards per carry in his first four games with the Ravens, and his 17 forced missed tackles are tied for third in the NFL this season.
Tight End: Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens
While much of the attention will be on Likely becoming the Ravens’ top receiving target at tight end, largely due to his big Week 1 performance, he earns a spot on the PFF Q1 All-Pro team for his blocking ability, as well. His skill in blocking on the move has earned him an 84.1 PFF run-blocking grade, the highest at his position this season.
Flex: CB Marlon Humphrey, Baltimore Ravens
Humphrey’s 75.3 PFF coverage grade ranks 15th among cornerbacks, but he has been one of the most impressive players in the league at preventing separation, posting a 66.10% Lockdown Percentage through four weeks. He’s also moved around the Ravens defensive backfield, with 94 of his 242 snaps coming in the slot.

Steady veteran presence
As two of Baltimore’s highest-paid and longest-tenured players, left tackle Ronnie Stanley and Humphrey were often grouped together heading into the season. Both have also struggled in recent years to stay healthy and regain their Pro Bowl form.
That, however, has changed this season. Stanley and Humphrey have quietly been two of the Ravens’ best players, while pushing back on the questions about how much high-quality football they still have left.
Humphrey, a three-time Pro Bowler who was limited by injuries to only 10 games last year, has allowed just 14 catches on 23 targets for 90 yards and a touchdown. His ability to win in the slot has allowed Orr to get Wiggins on the field regularly.
Stanley, a 2019 Pro Bowl selection who has battled injuries since 2020, has helped solidify a young Baltimore offensive line. Per ESPN Analytics, Stanley is the league’s top-ranked tackle in pass block win rate. Some of Henry’s top runs have come behind Stanley, too.

Offensive Player of the Year:
1. Derrick Henry, RB, Ravens
After a quiet Week 1, the Henry 31 other teams were afraid of showed up in Baltimore. His rushing production has risen each week, jumping from 46 yards in the opener to 199 in the Week 4 blowout of the Bills. He leads all backs in RYOE (185) and RYOE per carry (2.4) and ranks second in yards per carry behind J.K. Dobbins (6.0). He’s alongside Barkley in success rate (46.3%).
It’s exciting to see the big play return to Henry’s game, because it seemed as if it might have been lost to the outlier workloads he endured at his peak in Tennessee. He already has two plays of 35 yards or more, which matches his total from 2023. He’s also halfway to his 2023 touchdown total of 12.
Like Barkley, Henry hasn’t contributed quite as much as a receiver, racking up 45 yards on five catches. Both backs have taken over games for stretches with big plays and been the driving forces in their offenses. The biggest factor separating the two is that drop for Barkley in a key moment.
