Ravens first practice before the divisional round against the Buffalo Bills had all but one player participating.
The media available portion of practice has concluded for the Baltimore Ravens for their Wednesday practice and the team saw all but one player in attendance. Unfortunately, it’s Pro Bowl wide receiver Zay Flowers.
Flowers suffered a knee sprain injury against the Cleveland Browns on January 4. He was initially ruled day-to-day, but has since missed the Wild Card round of the playoffs against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Saturday and has not yet returned to practice.
On Monday, Head Coach John Harbaugh was asked about Flowers’ status for the Divisional Round.
“Yes, that’s in ‘we’ll see mode.’ [Zay Flowers] is working hard to get back, and we’ll see toward the end of the week if he’s practicing,” Harbaugh said. “And he can play without practicing – for sure – if he feels healthy enough and if it’s safe for him.”
While Flowers remains out, it’s impressive to see 52 other players in attendance as they prepare for the Divisional Round. And with an extra day of rest after playing on Saturday, things are shaping up for the better for Baltimore.
