The Ravens have promoted veteran pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue to the active roster
Three weeks after signing veteran pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue to the practice squad, the Baltimore Ravens, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, promoted him to the active roster.

Since joining the Ravens, Ngakoue was promoted the past two games to the gameday roster and has been an effective addition. According to PFF, Ngakoue has tallied one sack, a quarterback hit and two hurries in 16 pass rush snaps. PFF also graded Ngkaoue with the sixth-best pass rush grade in the past two games with an 80.3. His
Signing Ngakoue to the active roster requires a coinciding move as the Ravens were at 53 players after activating rookie running back Rasheen Ali from injured reserve on Saturday. With the transactions occurring after the Monday, October 14 transaction release, the coinciding move, be it cut/waiving a player or placing them on injured reserve will be released on Tuesday.
There are possible candidates to be placed on injured reserve in Malik Harrison or Broderick Washington, but neither injury appeared to be season-ending.
