The Baltimore Ravens are near touchdown favorites against the Washington Commanders
For a seventh-straight week, the Baltimore Ravens open as favorites over their opponent as FanDuel Sportsbook sees them defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This season, FanDuel has favored the Ravens in every contest and just like the Ravens’ record, the team is 4-2 against the spread.

Spread: Ravens -3.5

Over/Under: 48.5
Last week, the Ravens managed to cover the 6.5-point spread set by FanDuel in their contest against the Washington Commanders. Now, the Ravens are road favorites heading to Tampa Bay on Monday night.
It’s common for the Ravens to be favored in such an instance. Few times are better than they are in the Lamar Jackson era, and prime time has an unmatched effect for them. So much so that it feels the NFL intentionally keeps home prime time games from them as they bludgeon teams in front of national audiences so frequently.
However, some can see how this game could not go in the Ravens’ favor. It will be the first game for the Buccaneers since Hurricane Milton touched ground in the city and the state of Florida.
In the Jackson era, the Ravens are 1-0 against the Bucs, with their victory coming against the Tom Brady-led squad in 2022. It was among the Ravens’ most unique game plans, as they threw the ball 30 times in the first half of the game against one of the weakest defensive run defenses in the NFL that season. But in the second half, they scored 24 points in four drives and their final drive was the game’s end.
Stretching back further in history, the Ravens have not lost to the Buccaneers in two decades. Their last loss was against the Super Bowl winning 2002 Bucs, where they were shut out 25-0. In their next meeting, 2006, the Ravens returned the favor with a 27-0 shutout win. All-time, the Ravens are 5-2 against them and hold a five-game win-streak.
