Terry McLaurin: “I think it’s easy to preach brotherhood when everything’s going good, when you’re winning and having a good time and things like that. … This is when it needs to stand out.”

Jayden Daniels had 32 pass attempts tonight and 24 of them were within five yards of the line of scrimmage.

#Commanders‘ worst offensive performance of the season by far. Jayden Daniels doesn’t look right. Terry McLaurin got humbled by Quinyon Mitchell. Kliff Kingsbury got out-coached by Vic Fangio. Defense wilted but was great through three quarters. The mini-bye is extremely needed.

They came into the year expected to win MAYBE 6 games this season. They’re already on 7 and still have a fantastic chance at the playoffs. They’re way ahead of schedule. I get we’re all emotional after a loss like that, but let’s have some perspective https://t.co/reWRf6tNjG

Jayden Daniels clearly has not been the same player of late that he was through the early stages of his rookie season. Is that because he’s not fully healthy after that rib injury? Or just some typical rookie-year ups and downs while facing a couple very good teams? It’s unclear.

I’m glad I didn’t put an irresponsible wager on the Commanders tonight. I almost made that mistake but thank god I didn’t.
But good news for Washington —their next 3 are: Cowboys, Titans, and Saints
