After a successful run this past weekend in the Navy Classic Tournament. The No. 7 Maryland Women’s Basketball returns home at the Xfinity Center as they take on Mount St. Mary’s Mountaineers in Teddy Bear Night Tuesday night.
The Keys to Victory
There’s been a lot of basketball; how will the rotations look?
The ladies have seen a lot of basketball these last few days and only have 24 hours to recover. It will be interesting to see how Coach Frese balances minutes, but fatigue is a real thing. The Navy Classic saw 10 Terps on the floor, and it is expected to look like that in this game.
If you have a team of 0-5, will you bring it defensively?
The Mountaineers hold opponents under 70 points a game, but not the shooting team? They are one of the worst shooting teams within the MAAC and Division I, shooting under 31%. Expect Maryland’s rebounding to be key.
Can Maryland’s Offense be efficient for all four quarters?
After the Saint Francis game, Coach Frese talked about finishing firm all 40 minutes. Can the Terps stay consistent? Will the bench continue its streak of 20 or more points?
The game is Big Ten Plus App 7:00 PM EST
