Frankie Luvu gets a shirt!
The Washington Commanders may have lost to the Philadelphia Eagles 55-23 in the NFC Championship game, but Frankie Luvu became a household name for the Luvu Leap as he continued to try to stop the Eagle’s Brotherly Shove/Tush Push. Luvu leapt over the line several times throughout the game with varying degrees of success. The Eagles first 4th quarter drive became infamous when Luvu kept jumping over the line, along with Jonathan Allen’s offsides/encroachment penalties. Their four consecutive penalties led to the refs issuing a rare warning that they could award a score if the shenanigans continued.
Our friends at BreakingT have an officially licensed Luvu Leap t-shirt available to commemorate his unique place NFL history.

The Luvu Leap was going on at other times. Was Just a matter of trying to time it up. A little late here; a bit early later. Only way to stop is to be perfect with the timing. Tough. pic.twitter.com/ta0szpviH0
